You don’t need to be 23, supple and a size 6 to benefit from yoga. Nor do you have to wear tie-dye and eat kale but you can if you want to. Yoga suits any body, any shape, any life.
I am annoyingly enthusiastic about yoga. I’d say I’m a pretty normal, level-headed girl in every other respect and still I want to shout this one thing from the rooftops:
The thing that has dramatically changed my life for the better in almost every way…….. is yoga.
Here’s why it works for me:
I want to be strong, toned and supple……. so I do yoga.
I want to lead a richer happier, jucier life……. so I do yoga.
I want inner strength and to feel relaxed and free…….. so I do yoga.
I want to focus on what’s really important to me and live it BIG until my very last breath…… so I do yoga.
